8. Direct Bank Transfer

Where direct bank transfer is offered, customers must transfer the correct order amount using the bank details shown during checkout or after placing the order.

Customers should use the Order ID or other requested reference when making the transfer.

Orders paid through bank transfer may remain on hold until payment has been received and verified.

Customers should retain their transaction reference or UTR number until the payment and order have been confirmed.

9. Shipping and Delivery

ApnaDokan currently provides shipping according to the delivery areas and shipping methods available during checkout.

Delivery times may depend on:
