Refund Processing Time<\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-wd-paragraph wd-3e444855\">After a refund has been approved and initiated by ApnaDokan, it may take additional time for the customer&#8217;s bank, card issuer, UPI provider, PhonePe, or other payment provider to reflect the amount.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-wd-paragraph wd-0149d366\">Processing times can vary by financial institution and payment method.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-wd-paragraph wd-8698fd61\">If a refund has been confirmed by us but is not visible after a reasonable processing period, please contact your payment provider and ApnaDokan support with the relevant Order ID and transaction details.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-wd-title title wd-1d225442\">13. Shipping Charges and Refunds<\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-wd-paragraph wd-908f3792\">Original shipping charges may not always be refundable.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-wd-paragraph wd-b3e3a358\">Where an order is returned because ApnaDokan supplied a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, applicable shipping charges may be included in the resolution where appropriate.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-wd-paragraph wd-62da9a8a\">For voluntary returns, delivery or return charges may remain non-refundable where permitted and clearly applicable.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-wd-title title wd-a0d9bd2e\">14.
